“Any developer can choose to keep the current terms,” Apple said in a statement. “And under the new terms, more than 99% of developers will pay the same or less to Apple.”

Apple faces strong action if changes to its App Store do not meet upcoming regulations, the bloc's industry leader said in an interview on Friday.
