Promote the National Child Protection Hotline (number 111) and local contacts (centers, counseling organizations, emergency relief...) to receive information reporting child abuse cases.

The Law on Children stipulates: "Relevant agencies and organizations are responsible for propagating, educating and protecting children when participating in the online environment in all forms; parents, teachers and caregivers are responsible for educating knowledge and guiding skills so that children know how to protect themselves when participating in the online environment. Agencies, organizations and individuals managing and providing information and communication products and services and organizing activities in the online environment must take measures to ensure the safety and privacy of children according to the provisions of law" (Article 54).
