Working with Chi Linh Medical Center, Director of the Department of Health Le Minh Quang acknowledged the efforts of the Board of Directors and all officers and employees in the unit to successfully complete the tasks of disease prevention and control, health programs and medical examination and treatment activities for the people. Some difficulties in infrastructure, bidding for procurement of supplies, chemicals, etc. The Department of Health will promptly direct departments and functions to work with the Center to resolve. For facilities according to the public investment plan, Chi Linh Medical Center needs to immediately start, closely follow and promptly propose to the Department of Health and relevant functional departments to submit to the City People's Committee a project to build a new 9-storey building and a 6-storey building for the infectious disease department and related departments, expected to start construction in early 2026. For the Center's headquarters No. 2, it is necessary to agree on a repair plan or hand it over to the functional unit managing the city's public land fund. The Center must immediately review the equipment standards, based on which it proposes to purchase new equipment in accordance with the assigned standards. The investment in purchasing new equipment must be focused and key, maximizing the exploitation of new equipment and machinery when purchased to ensure practicality and effectiveness in medical examination and treatment. For the lack of human resources, especially psychiatrists and emergency resuscitation doctors, it is necessary to review and orient the training of appropriate human resources from departments and rooms. To attract doctors with specialized expertise, the unit needs to have flexible recruitment mechanisms, and at the same time advise the Department of Health on a project to recruit high-quality human resources to synthesize and submit to the city in the coming time... The leaders of the Department of Health requested the Center's collective to unite, promote collective strength, and orient the development of key specialties to soon turn Chi Linh Medical Center into a key Medical Center in the western region of Hai Phong .
