Strengthening the management of quality measurement standards, improving the quality of products and goods

(CT) - In August 2025, the Department of Science and Technology of Can Tho City conducted measurement inspections of pre-packaged goods, measuring instruments and the quality of liquefied petroleum gas circulating on the market at 40 establishments. As a result, 206/206 product labels and goods being sold and produced were in compliance with regulations; 76/76 measuring instruments were inspected and still valid; 75/75 batches of pre-packaged goods met measurement requirements; 10/10 samples of liquefied petroleum gas met quality requirements.

The program has encouraged and supported enterprises and cooperatives to build and apply standards, technical regulations, management systems, tools to improve productivity and quality and apply modern technological solutions to production and business to enhance competitiveness and sustainable development.
