Based on the directive documents of the Central and the province and based on the annual target program and tasks, the People's Committee and the Emulation and Reward Council of Ninh Chau commune have issued documents on emulation and reward work and launched many practical emulation campaigns.

Patriotic emulation movements in Ninh Chau commune are deployed on the basis of closely following the political tasks and key tasks of the commune, constantly innovating content, form and method; focusing on discovering, fostering, summarizing and replicating advanced models, creating a spread in agencies and units.

The economy continues to develop and shift in the right direction, increasing the proportion of trade - services, industry - construction ; focusing on mobilizing investment resources for economic development, building rural infrastructure, attracting investment for industrial development, services, and tourism. The livestock sector continues to develop in the direction of concentrating on farms and ranches associated with ensuring environmental hygiene and disease safety.

The forestry production movement has gradually shifted from traditional forestry to social forestry with the participation of many economic sectors. The work of planting, zoning and protecting forests continues to be effectively implemented, contributing to maintaining and increasing forest cover. Some aquaculture models with high economic efficiency are being encouraged to be replicated, and seafood fishing continues to develop.

Industry, handicrafts, and rural occupations have gradually and effectively exploited local resources. Some industries such as construction materials production, agricultural processing, wind power, and agricultural services have contributed to creating jobs on the spot and increasing income for over 1,925 individual business households and production establishments. In 2024, the production value of handicrafts, trade, services, and construction is estimated at 652.4 billion VND.

Socio-economic infrastructure continues to receive investment attention, upgrading and renovation; the transportation system is expanded and upgraded; irrigation works and intra-field canals are given priority for investment; urban infrastructure, information technology, educational, medical and cultural facilities are increasingly improved, creating momentum for local socio-economic development.

Building a civilized lifestyle

In the period of 2020-2025, emulation movements in the fields of culture-society, national defense-security in Ninh Chau commune developed strongly and widely, received the support of many people and achieved many important results.

Chairwoman of the Women's Union of Ninh Chau commune Tran Thi Thu Hoa said that, in response to the patriotic emulation movement, the Women's Union of the commune has done a good job of propaganda, promoting emulation movements, campaigns, and key tasks of the Union. Implementing the emulation movement "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas (NTM)", Ninh Chau commune women have maintained and improved the quality of activities of the models: "Building a family of 5 no, 3 clean", "Green house", "Collecting scrap to build a charity fund, protecting the environment", "One trash pit, one green tree", women's self-managed road section... The models have contributed to creating a fresh, vibrant landscape, beautifying the appearance of the villages. Thereby, gradually changing the thinking and working methods of the union organization in building NTM, advanced NTM, and model NTM.

In the period of 2020-2025, Ninh Chau commune has 1 collective awarded the Emulation Flag of the Government, 2 collectives awarded the Emulation Flag of the Provincial People's Committee; 22 collectives achieved the title of excellent labor collective; 11 individuals were recognized as Provincial Emulation Fighters; 362 individuals achieved the title of Grassroots Emulation Fighters and 2,583 individuals achieved the title of Advanced Workers...

The movement “All people unite to build a cultural life” associated with “Building new rural areas and civilized urban areas” has many innovations. Cultural institutions in villages have been invested in, upgraded, and renovated according to new rural standards. Up to now, the whole commune has 5/23 villages meeting the model new rural standards.

According to Chairman of Ninh Chau Commune People's Committee Le Ngoc Huan, the results achieved in the patriotic emulation movement in the period of 2020-2025 are a testament to the spirit of solidarity, creativity, and efforts to overcome difficulties of cadres, party members and people of the whole commune. Entering the period of 2025-2030, Ninh Chau commune continues to innovate, improve the quality and effectiveness of emulation movements, linking patriotic emulation with the successful implementation of socio-economic development goals, maintaining national defense and security, building a clean and strong political system. Each cadre, party member and people must uphold the sense of responsibility, promote the will of self-reliance, self-improvement, the aspiration to rise up, join hands to build Ninh Chau increasingly rich, strong and civilized.
