On August 8, Asia's leading human resources magazine - HR Asia honored Masan Group as "Best Place to Work in Asia 2024". This is the second consecutive year that Masan Group (Masan) has been honored to receive this prestigious international award. Along with that, Masan achieved 2 more special categories: "Enterprise with a diverse, equal and inclusive working environment" (HR Asia Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Awards) and "Enterprise with a sustainable working environment" (HR Asia Sustainable Workplace Awards). Masan - Best Place to Work in Asia 2024 The "Best Place to Work for in Asia - Best companies to work for in Asia" award is a prestigious annual international award in the Asia region, evaluating the working environment of hundreds of large-scale companies with good growth rates. The award is organized annually by HR Asia Magazine with a list of participants including 16 countries and major markets in Asia such as Singapore, Korea, China, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia. In Vietnam , the survey was conducted at 704 companies with the participation of 53,250 employees from the grassroots level to senior staff such as CEO, HR Director. These are all businesses that have tirelessly devoted themselves to the satisfaction, welfare and development of employees.

According to HR Asia's assessment, Masan Group has excellently connected employees, teams, and leaders at the workplace, has an outstanding human resources policy, attractive remuneration, and regularly organizes exciting internal activities to increase employee engagement.
