Thanh Cong Viet Hung Automobile and Supporting Industry Complex, invested by Thanh Cong Group , has an area of up to 400 hectares. This is a pioneering automobile technology and supporting industry complex in Quang Ninh. The project plays a core role in attracting businesses in the automobile supply chain, along with high-tech, environmentally friendly businesses, contributing to creating the position of Quang Ninh on the map of Vietnam's automobile industry. In particular, Thanh Cong Viet Hung Automobile Factory, the central project of the Complex, is currently manufacturing and assembling Skoda brand cars - the largest automobile brand in the Czech Republic.
On June 28, 2025, Skoda Vietnam officially launched the Skoda Kushaq model, the first model to be produced and rolled off the Thanh Cong Viet Hung automobile factory line, marking a strategic milestone in Skoda's development journey in the Vietnamese market.
Currently, Thanh Cong Group is continuing to implement the next expansion investment phases for Thanh Cong Viet Hung Automotive and Supporting Industry Complex. These investment items aim to improve the province's automobile production capacity, focusing on increasing the localization rate and developing the supporting industry ecosystem. Thereby, the project will contribute to creating more stable jobs, contributing to the economic restructuring process of Quang Ninh province towards industrialization and modernization.
In Quang Ninh province, where the leading automobile manufacturing factory of Skoda brand in Southeast Asia is located, Skoda Vietnam has also brought many favors to local people when officially putting into operation the largest Skoda Product Experience & Introduction Center in the country at Group 11C - Area 4A, Bai Chay Ward in July 2025. Combined with Skoda Quang Ninh Showroom at Lot A14 - Monbay Urban Area, Ha Long Ward, the two official units of Skoda Vietnam located in Quang Ninh province are committed to bringing local customers world-class product and service experiences.
In addition, with the desire to bring European quality products closer to consumers, especially residents in Quang Ninh province, Skoda Vietnam has implemented a series of special incentive policies for people living in the province. Specifically, in July and August 2025, customers in Quang Ninh received a special incentive program of up to 10% of the vehicle value for the Skoda Kushaq model manufactured at Thanh Cong Viet Hung automobile factory.
Continuing its activities, on September 11, 2025, Skoda Vietnam continued to more clearly affirm its determination in the Vietnamese market when launching its second strategic product, the Skoda Slavia model - a sedan that is completely superior in its segment, manufactured at Thanh Cong Viet Hung automobile factory. On the occasion of this launch, Skoda Vietnam continued to implement attractive incentives equivalent to 100% of registration fees and free first maintenance, equivalent to 7500km for customers who own Skoda Slavia cars this September.
On the first day of the exhibition, Thanh Cong Group's display space attracted the attention of many visitors. Highlights included a technical display area introducing the famous MQB chassis system of Volkswagen Group being used on Skoda models manufactured in Vietnam, and a test drive of all car models distributed by Skoda Vietnam including: Skoda Kodiaq, Skoda Karoq, Skoda Kushaq, Skoda Slavia.
Speaking at the opening of the exhibition, Mr. Le Do, Deputy General Director of Thanh Cong Group, General Director of Thanh Cong Viet Hung Industrial Complex Joint Stock Company said: "We are proud that Thanh Cong Viet Hung Automobile Complex and Factory have come into production, which are key projects, driving the development of the automobile industry in Quang Ninh.
Products manufactured at TC Group's Thanh Cong Viet Hung automobile factory are contributing to providing the market with safe, powerful, high-quality European cars at reasonable prices, serving the needs of domestic and regional customers.
Thanh Cong Viet Hung Automobile and Supporting Industry Complex in general and Thanh Cong Viet Hung Automobile Factory in particular are contributing and demonstrating the responsibility of enterprises in the automobile industry in Vietnam for the overall development of the country and the socio-economic development of localities. In addition, Thanh Cong Viet Hung Automobile Factory in particular also represents international cooperation, not only between two enterprises of the two countries but also contributes to promoting the cooperative relationship between Vietnam and the Czech Republic.
