Training on trade union work in 2024

Implementing the Project "Innovation in training and fostering, contributing to improving the quality of trade union officials at all levels in the province, period 2021-2025", on April 19 and 20, Thuong Xuan District Labor Federation organized a conference to train trade union work in 2024 for trade union officials at all levels.

Union staff attended the training conference.

At the conference, 116 union officials listened to part-time lecturers from the Provincial Federation of Labor convey the content and methods of activities of grassroots union officials; union financial work; propaganda and education work; and implementing democracy at the grassroots level.

The union staff also listened to lecturers from the Thuong Xuan District Political Center deliver a presentation on the topic of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in 2024 "on building awareness of respecting the people, promoting democracy; constantly improving the material and spiritual life of the people in Thanh Hoa province".

Overview of the training conference.

Through the training conference, the aim is to improve the qualifications, skills and expertise of trade union work, build a team of professional and effective trade union officials at all levels, gradually meeting the requirements and tasks of the workers', civil servants', laborers' movement and trade union activities in the new situation.
