Focus on checking the work of ensuring security and information system safety in Dong Nai province

(DN) - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc signed and issued Plan No. 05/KH-UBND dated July 11, 2025 to inspect the results of the deployment and implementation of Plan No. 02-KH/BCĐTW dated June 19, 2025 of the Central Steering Committee on science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation; work to ensure information security and safety of the system in Dong Nai province.

Accordingly, the plan aims to evaluate the results of the implementation and execution of assigned tasks in Plan No. 02-KH/BCĐTW, Plan No. 487-KH/TU, Plan No. 223/KH-UBND on promoting interconnected, synchronous, fast and effective digital transformation to meet the requirements of restructuring the apparatus of the political system of Dong Nai province; ensuring the smooth and continuous operation of the political system from the provincial to the commune level after restructuring, taking people and businesses as the center of service.

Along with that, assess the current status of ensuring security and safety of the province's administrative procedure handling information system when connecting and sharing data with the National Population Database system; compliance with regulations on confidentiality, security and information safety for devices connected to the systems; as well as identify existing problems and limitations in ensuring information security and safety to have timely remedial and rectifying measures.

The plan also clearly states the need to ensure connection, sharing, and stable operation of systems during the transition to a two-level local government and maintain inspection and supervision to ensure the system always operates smoothly and stably.

Regarding the inspection contents in the plan, the focus will be on inspecting and surveying the results of the implementation and performance of the assigned tasks in Plan No. 02-KH/BCHTW and the "bottlenecks" in the implementation process at the commune-level public administrative service centers and commune-level police. At the same time, the work of ensuring security, safety and confidentiality for the province's administrative procedure settlement information system will be inspected.

The inspection period starts from July 1 to December 31, 2025, in the form of direct inspection at the People's Committees at the commune level, the Public Administration Service Centers at the provincial and commune levels, and suddenly when requested.
