Tasco has a new CEO

(Dan Tri) - Tasco Joint Stock Company has appointed Mr. Ngo Duc Vu as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Mr. Hoang Minh Hung as General Director from June 20.

On June 20, Tasco Joint Stock Company (stock code: HUT) issued a resolution to elect Mr. Ngo Duc Vu as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and appoint Mr. Hoang Minh Hung as General Director to run the company's operations.

According to Tasco, this decision is part of the strategy to diversify experience and expertise in the senior leadership team, promote innovation, connect the One Tasco system with partners, and serve customers throughout the product and service life cycle, with strong support from technology.

Specifically, Mr. Ngo Duc Vu, currently Chairman of Savico's Board of Directors, will participate in building and implementing long-term strategies, improving the operational efficiency of the key strategic axes of the Tasco system.

Mr. Hoang Minh Hung, introduced with nearly 20 years of experience in the field of information technology, will join the Executive Board in leading digital transformation initiatives at Tasco. The focus is on optimizing the supply chain, improving service quality and customer experience through the application of advanced technologies in automation, AI and Big Data.

Before joining Tasco, Mr. Hung held the role of General Director at DNP Water Joint Stock Company and effectively implemented digital transformation. At the same time, he has also been a senior consultant of Tasco Technology Committee since 2024, spending a lot of time researching and optimizing data in the automotive industry and smart traffic infrastructure.

Mr. Hung also has many years of experience in research and development, consulting on solution architecture and deploying application systems for the telecommunications and infrastructure sectors atFPT IS.

In addition, in this transfer, Mr. Ho Viet Ha will resign from the position of General Director and continue to accompany Tasco in the role of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, focusing on strategic projects on luxury cars and expanding international partnerships.
