Understanding the needs of customers for banking services and bringing the most convenient experiences to each region, from January, Techcombank and WinCommerce cooperated to deploy a payment agent model, focusing on key points of sale in 3 provinces and cities: Bac Ninh, Bac Giang and Can Tho. Initially cooperating with 45 stores and supermarkets in the retail chain of WinCommerce converted into Techcombank payment agents, this model promises to bring outstanding benefits to customers.
