Ms. Ly Ta Den - Director of Nam Dam Community Cooperative - said that on average, each month, the cooperative sells about 200 orders through e-commerce platforms with a revenue of about 500 million VND/year. Accordingly, the cooperative promoted more than 20 products from local medicinal herbs such as: dom root extract, nasal spray, Dao ethnic bath water, ginger tea, artichoke extract, essential oils... " After participating in training courses on sales on e-commerce platforms organized by the District Youth Union, we learned how to sell online, serve customers, how to package products, handle complaints from customers, sales strategies, marketing... Thanks to that, the cooperative's products are increasingly trusted by consumers everywhere, the number of orders is also gradually increasing ", Ms. Den informed. Not only do cooperatives participate in promoting local products on social networks, union members and youth in Quan Ba district also keep up with digital transformation. Many union members and youth apply 4.0 technology to promote local products, culture and customs. Ms. Chao Thi Lan - a member of the Cao Ma Po commune youth union - besides her job as a teacher and Secretary of the Youth Union, she also participates in online sales on Facebook. The item she sells is a precious medicine of the Dao ethnic group used for postpartum women. Thanks to the application of social networks to sell products, the medicine of the Dao ethnic group has been known and trusted by consumers in many provinces and cities. Currently, the whole Quan Ba district has 28 products that have achieved OCOP star at the provincial level. Of which, 5 products have achieved 4 stars, 23 products have achieved 3 stars, mainly in the group of food, medicinal herbs, souvenir products and tourism services. Some exported products are increasingly trusted by consumers. Contributing a significant part to the promotion of local products is that union members and youth have applied 4.0 technology to advertise specialty products and craft villages associated with advantages in production conditions, raw material areas and traditional culture to increase product value.
