This is the content of the announcement of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism according to the direction of the Provincial People's Committee.

Accordingly, the International Kite Festival - Quang Nam 2024 will take place from July 27-29 with activities such as kite flying art performances, kite making exhibitions and experiences; culinary and musical activities... at the coastal area of ​​Nam Hoi An - Hoiana Resort Complex (Tay Son Tay village, Duy Hai commune, Duy Xuyen).

The leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism informed that the countries and territories participating in the festival include: India, Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Japan, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, China, Australia, Vietnam, Taiwan (China), Hong Kong (China).

The International Kite Festival - Quang Nam 2024 is organized by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with Nam Hoi An Development Company Limited (Hoiana Resort & Golf Resort). This event is part of the 2024 tourism stimulus program "Quang Nam - Green Heritage Land".
