Sharp creative ability

Viktor Le is no stranger to Vietnamese football. After a long time fighting in the V-League, the Russian-Vietnamese midfielder has affirmed his important position in the Hong Linh Ha Tinh Club, taking on the role of "conductor". 2025 marked an unforgettable milestone in Viktor's playing career, when the 21-year-old player first wore the Vietnam U23 team shirt to participate and win the Southeast Asian U23 Championship.

Before returning to Vietnam to compete, Viktor Le played for the youth team of Torpedo Moscow and CSKA Moscow Academy. On the opening day of V-League 2025-2026, although the home team "lost everything", Viktor Le's performance was highly appreciated by experts.

With an impressive height of 1.8 m and the ability to move flexibly, Viktor is strong in ball disputes in the midfield area and also shows his sharp ability to create, helping his teammates score the opening goal when hosting Ninh Binh Club.

Compared to top V-League midfielders like Hoang Duc, Duc Chien, Ngoc Quang..., Viktor Le is not inferior.

Therefore, he is considered one of the players worth watching in domestic tournaments this season, expected to be a talented player of the Vietnamese national team in the near future.

Ability to adapt and integrate quickly

Among the candidates nominated to join the Vietnamese national team to prepare for upcoming tournaments, central defenders Adou Minh, Kevin Pham Ba, and Kyle Colonna are likely to be the next overseas Vietnamese players to be given the opportunity to play by coach Kim Sang-sik.

After a successful season playing for Ha Tinh Club, entering the typical squad of V-League 2024-2025, the player born in 1997 was recruited by Hanoi Police Club, strengthening the defense wall for the police team competing in the 2025-2026 season.

Adou Minh has a tendency to play as a wing-back, effective in speed racing situations, leaning forward to clear the ball accurately. The French-Vietnamese player also often participates in supporting attacks, overwhelming opponents in "air battles".

With the trio of central defenders Adou Minh, Bui Hoang Viet Anh, Tran Dinh Trong and goalkeeper Nguyen Filip, Hanoi Police Club is considered the team with the most solid defense in the playground this season.

Before coming to Vietnam, Adou Minh played for Racing Besancon Club in the French Fourth Division. Commenting on Adou Minh, coaches Nguyen Thanh Cong and Polking both expressed surprise at his ability to adapt and integrate quickly.

In 2025, the Vietnam U22 team will participate in the 2026 Asian qualifiers at home in September and compete in the men's football at the 33rd SEA Games in Thailand in December. With a source of potential overseas Vietnamese players playing in the V-League such as: Brandon Ly, Chung Nguyen Do, Vadim Nguyen, Damian Vu Thanh An or Lee Williams..., the Korean strategist will have more opportunities to strengthen the national U22 team.
