Dong Nai : 77 candidates traveled to the exam location more than 60km away

On the afternoon of June 25, nearly 37,000 Dong Nai candidates went to high school graduation exam sites across the province to complete exam procedures.

This year, Dong Nai has the largest number of candidates ever, so the exam scores and the number of staff and teachers mobilized to monitor and grade the exams are also greater.

Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training Do Dang Bao Linh said that the whole province has 64 testing sites, including 62 testing sites for candidates taking the exam according to the new General Education Program in 2018 and 2 testing sites according to the General Education Program in 2006. The testing sites all ensure the basic conditions of having good facilities, convenient locations for security, safety and convenience for candidates to travel closest to the testing site.

In Dong Nai, there are 77 students from Dak Lua Secondary and High School (Dak Lua Commune, Tan Phu District), the most remote area of ​​Dong Nai Province, isolated in Cat Tien National Park, so the school coordinated with parents to rent a car to take the candidates to the exam location at Doan Ket High School (Tan Phu Town), more than 60km away and had to go through Lam Dong Province.

The People's Committee of Dong Nai province has directed many departments, branches and localities to join in organizing the exam in a thoughtful manner. In particular, the Department of Education and Training has mobilized more than 5,600 teachers to be invigilators, nearly 320 officials to be leaders of exam sites and exam site secretaries.
