Positive results

Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Van Sinh said that in the first 8 months of 2024, the socio-economic situation of our country has shown signs of recovery and achieved many positive results, better than the same period last year. Macro-economy and currency were stabilized; inflation was controlled; major balances were ensured; export and import turnover increased sharply; industrial production recovered well; many key national infrastructure projects were started and inaugurated.

Along with that, the National Assembly passed the Housing Law, the Real Estate Business Law, the Land Law, the Credit Institutions Law and documents detailing the laws that have been issued and come into effect. Since then, it has ensured policy consistency and synchronization and many new, breakthrough policies in the direction of promoting decentralization and decentralization; reforming administrative procedures. At the same time, many difficulties and obstacles have been removed to create a favorable environment for people and businesses to participate in investing and developing housing projects and the real estate market.

The Ministry of Finance has studied the reduction, extension, and postponement of taxes, fees, and charges. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has ensured the supply of input materials for production and business. To promote growth, the Government will further accelerate the disbursement of public investment and national target programs.
