Overall, for these 6 platforms, the best times to post during the week are: Monday 11am-noon, Tuesday 10am-2pm and 3pm-4pm, Wednesday 9am-3pm, Thursday 9am-2pm and Friday 10am-11am.
According to Sprout Social, Tuesday through Thursday are the best days to post on social media, while Sunday is the worst.
The best times to post on Facebook are Monday from 9am to noon, Tuesday from 9am to 2pm and 5pm, Wednesday from 9am to 3pm and 5pm, Thursday from 8am to 2pm and 5pm, Friday from 9am to 11am.
The best days to post on Facebook are Monday to Thursday. On the other hand, the worst day to post on this social network is Sunday.
For optimal engagement on Instagram, you should post on Mondays from 11am to 2pm, Tuesdays from 10am to 4pm, Wednesdays from 9am to 4pm, Thursdays from 9am to 1pm and 2pm, and Fridays at 11am.
The most effective days to post on Instagram are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. On the other hand, avoid posting on Sundays.
