Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh's first activity is to attend and speak at the ASEAN Business and Investment Summit (ASEAB BIS) 2023. After that, the head of the Vietnamese Government will meet with Indonesian President Joko Widodo and receive IMF Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva.

The opening ceremony of the 43rd ASEAN Summit will take place on September 5. The Prime Minister will attend the opening ceremony, plenary session and retreat session of the summit.
