Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Manh Toan appointed Deputy Director of Dong Nai Provincial Police

On May 23, Dong Nai Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Minister of Public Security on the transfer and appointment of officers.

At the ceremony, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, Major General Nguyen Sy Quang, Director of Dong Nai Provincial Police, presented the decision of the Minister of Public Security to transfer and appoint Senior Colonel Nguyen Manh Toan, Head of the Financial and Investment Security Department - Department of Economic Security (Ministry of Public Security) to take up work and hold the position of Deputy Director of Dong Nai Police from May 24.

In his assignment speech, Major General Nguyen Sy Quang congratulated Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Manh Toan on his appointment to the new position.

The Director of Dong Nai Provincial Police Department assessed that Senior Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Manh Toan is a well-trained officer with experience in work, a sense of responsibility and organizational and operational capacity, performing well assigned tasks, actively contributing to the work of Party and government building, serving the cause of socio-economic development.

In his new position, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Manh Toan said he will absorb the opinions of leaders at all levels and complete the assigned tasks well.
