Lunar New Year 2025 bonus in Quang Tri is highest at 119.8 million VND

On December 20, 2024, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of the province announced the results of a survey on the salary and bonus situation for Tet 2025 in enterprises in the province. Through the survey, it is expected that the highest Tet bonus for At Ty 2025 in Quang Tri province will be 119.8 million VND/person, the lowest will be 200,000 VND/person.

Regarding the 2025 Lunar New Year bonus, according to a survey of 123 enterprises in Quang Tri province, the highest expected level for private enterprises is 119.8 million VND/person, the lowest bonus is 200,000 VND/person. Currently, there are still 53 enterprises that have not planned to give Lunar New Year bonuses in 2025.

At LLCs with 100% state capital, the highest expected bonus for the 2024 New Year is 3 million VND/person, and the highest bonus for the 2024 Lunar New Year is 16 million VND/person.

The survey results also showed that 82 enterprises have planned to give bonuses for the 2025 New Year, the highest being 41.9 million VND/person in the private sector, the lowest being 100,000 VND/person. Currently, 90 enterprises have not planned to give bonuses for the New Year.

Through the survey of salaries and bonuses, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs has urged and reminded businesses to comply with legal regulations on salaries and bonuses for employees and prevent labor disputes.
