Continue to apply the adjusted and supplemented land price list until 2025

The City People's Committee has just issued Official Dispatch No. 973/UBND-KT dated August 8, 2025 on applying land price list in Da Nang city (including the old Da Nang city and the old Quang Nam province) to ensure continuity and no interruption in determining financial obligations for land in the city after the merger.

Accordingly, the city continues to apply the land price list according to Decision No. 09/2020/QD-UBND which has been adjusted and supplemented in Decision No. 07/2021/QD-UBND, Decision No. 12/2022/QD-UBND, Decision No. 28/2023/QD-UBND, Decision No. 57/2023/QD-UBND, Decision No. 59/2024/QD-UBND and Decision No. 45/2025/QD-UBND of the People's Committee of the old Da Nang city in the old Da Nang city.

At the same time, apply the land price list according to Decision No. 24/2019/QD-UBND as amended and supplemented in Decision No. 43/2021/QD-UBND, Decision No. 35/2023/QD-UBND and Decision No. 23/2025/QD-UBND of the People's Committee of the former Quang Nam province in the area of ​​the former Quang Nam province.

The City People's Committee requests the following units: Da Nang City Tax, City Land Fund Development Center, City Land Registration Office and People's Committees of wards and communes to base on the above-mentioned land price list (adjusted and supplemented) to determine financial obligations on land within the administrative unit of each locality until December 31, 2025 in accordance with regulations.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment shall promptly resolve any problems arising related to the application of land price lists in localities under its authority, especially in bordering wards and communes; in cases beyond its authority, it shall advise and report to the City People's Committee for consideration and resolution.

At the same time, coordinate with relevant agencies and People's Committees of wards and communes to urgently prepare complete procedural documents to advise the City People's Committee to approve the new land price list for promulgation and uniform application in Da Nang city from January 1, 2026.
