The Youth Union members hope that the government will have a focused orientation for the Youth Union members to most effectively approach digital transformation; have mechanisms and policies for human resource development in digital transformation, especially young cadres and youth in the current period; and solutions to improve facilities and Internet coverage to villages without telephone signals.

Many opinions at the information dialogue conference, the activities of Internet businesses have some very worrying points such as: no age or time limits and accompanying services such as cigarettes, electronic cigarettes...; a group of teenagers spend too much time at Internet cafes, accessing unhealthy cultures, social evils that greatly affect the lives, health, spirit, and material of them and their families; the phenomenon of young people participating in online gambling...

Faced with that situation, it is proposed that district leaders direct departments, branches and localities to strengthen inspection and examination of compliance with legal regulations and strictly handle violations.

At the conference, relevant departments, branches and businesses directly answered specific questions and recommendations from the Youth Union. At the same time, they provided more information about important mechanisms and policies of the province and district to help the Youth Union have more opportunities to access them.

Speaking at the dialogue conference, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ky Anh district Nguyen Tien Hung acknowledged and commended the efforts of the Youth Union; at the same time, he affirmed that the Youth Union is a pioneer force, well-trained in many fields, with youthful ambition and enthusiasm, will be the key force to promote socio-economic development, maintain political security and social order and safety in Ky Anh district.

Regarding the issues raised by the Youth Union at the dialogue conference, Chairman of the Ky Anh People's Committee requested the district-level departments, agencies and People's Committees of communes to fully absorb, proactively study and propose to competent authorities to promptly and effectively resolve legitimate opinions and recommendations.

The district continues to pay attention, lead, and direct support to youth organizations to perform their assigned tasks well; create conditions for youth union members to organize many practical and effective movements; encourage and support youth union members to start businesses and have many opportunities to participate in movements and common activities of agencies, units, and localities.
