Mr. Pham Phu Thai, Vice Chairman of Que Loc Commune People's Committee (Nong Son District, Quang Nam) said that the body of Mr. Phan Quynh S. (born in 1980, residing in Tan Phong village, Que Loc Commune) who was swept away by floodwaters was found at 2:00 a.m. today (November 6).

Previously, at around 4:30 p.m. on November 5, on his way home from work as a bricklayer, Mr. S. rode his motorbike through a flooded section of road on Highway 611, near Son Vien Cemetery (Loc Trung Village, Que Loc Commune), and was unfortunately swept away by the strong flood.

Discovering the incident, a local resident ran to help but it was too late. Upon receiving the news, the authorities quickly arrived at the scene and searched for the victim all night.

It is known that Mr. S. was the main breadwinner of the family. The victim left behind a 76-year-old mother, wife and 3 young children.
