Bac Ninh province identifies the cause of flooding in businesses

On the afternoon of September 11, upon receiving information that Samsung Industrial Company (Dai Dong - Hoan Son Industrial Park) was flooded, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Xuan Loi directly went to the enterprise to inspect the flooding situation and direct the drainage plan.

The entrance and yard of Samsung Industrial Company were flooded on the afternoon of September 11.

According to reports from the authorities, due to heavy rain on the morning of September 11, while the yard of Samsung Industrial Company was sunken, lower than the road surface, the drainage to the common point was blocked, thus causing flooding from the gate area and the entire yard area of ​​the company.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that the Huc River drainage canal must be completed before 4:00 p.m. the same day to create a drainage route for the Industrial Park.

Directly inspecting the situation and determining the cause of flooding, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee continued to inspect the Huc River drainage canal (connected to Tri Phuong 2 Pumping Station - draining water for the Industrial Park) and Tri Phuong 2 Pumping Station.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Xuan Loi requested the local government and contractors to immediately clear the site and dig the Huc River drainage canal to create a drainage route for the industrial park, which must be completed before 4:00 p.m. on September 11.

Comrade Le Xuan Loi requested the Bac Duong Irrigation Works Exploitation Company, the investor of Dai Dong - Hoan Son Industrial Park infrastructure, to proactively pump and drain, clear drainage culverts, irrigation systems, and connect the Huc River drainage canal with Tri Phuong 2 Pumping Station to quickly drain water for Dai Dong - Hoan Son Industrial Park.

By 4:00 p.m. on September 11, the contractor had basically cleared the Huc River drainage canal under the direction of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Xuan Loi.

For Samsung Industrial Company, he suggested proactively clearing the company's drain so that water could drain into the industrial park's general drainage system.

By late afternoon of the same day, the flooding situation at businesses had basically been resolved.
