Vietnam: On May 19, nearly 90 seriously ill patients had to use oxygen.
From May 13 to 19, the country recorded nearly 12,740 Covid-19 cases, of which 1,980 new cases were recorded on May 12. In the past 7 days, the country has recorded no deaths due to Covid-19.
On May 19, the whole country had nearly 90 seriously ill patients requiring oxygen; more than 440 patients were announced to be cured.
To date, the whole country has administered more than 266.3 million doses of Covid-19 vaccine.
Thai Binh : 37 new Covid-19 cases recorded from May 13 to 19
From May 13 to 19, Thai Binh recorded 37 new Covid-19 cases, including 4 cases on May 19. Medical facilities in the province are admitting and treating 10 Covid-19 patients.
As of May 19, Thai Binh has administered nearly 4,365,870 doses of Covid-19 vaccine, of which the proportion of people aged 18 and over who have received the third dose is over 95.8%, children aged 12-17 who have received the third dose is nearly 69.5%; children aged 5-11 who have received the first dose is 94.4%, and those who have received two doses of vaccine are over 75.6%.
