Attending the program were representatives of the Political Department of the Political Officer School; officers of the Army Youth Union and a large number of union officers participating in the training course on Union work and youth movements in the Army in 2025, along with students of the Political Officer School.

Union officials shared many models and creative ways of doing things of their units at the seminar.

The youth discussion is part of the training program for skills and professional work of the Youth Union and the Army Youth Movement in 2025 of the Army Youth Committee, organized to help the Youth Union officers of the entire army and students of the Political Officer School review the heroic historical memories and glorious traditions of the Army. At the same time, it is an opportunity for students to exchange good experiences on models and creative ways of doing things in the Youth Union and youth movement activities in the context of digital transformation.

The seminar consists of two parts: The ideals of the Army youth under the glorious Party flag and the aspiration of the Army youth, pioneers in innovation and digital transformation.

At the seminar, cadres and union members were able to watch valuable images and documents about the tradition and examples of the Army Youth; and share with cadres and students about continuing the tradition and promoting ideals for cadres and union members in the new situation. Notably, they listened to Captain Vi Duc Chinh, Political Commissar of Company 32, Battalion 11, Army Officer School 1, share his experience in mobilizing union members and youth of the shock unit, pioneering in taking on innovative topics of simulating tactics on digital platforms, building electronic lectures, and training through 3D models (electronic sand tables). Thanks to that, contributing to the movement "School youth proactively master digital technology " to create dozens of effective application products in teaching and management.

Along with that, Lieutenant Dinh Ngoc Cham, an officer of the Center for Research and Application of Traditional Medicine Production, Military Traditional Medicine Institute, introduced to the seminar the model of his unit's youth, which is to build software to manage electronic medical records, deploy artificial intelligence applications in diagnostic imaging and digitize traditional medicine and medicinal herbs to store and share medical data. In particular, the unit's young members participated in the topic "Combining traditional medicine with modern technology in rehabilitation for soldiers after training" and initially achieved positive results...

It can be affirmed that the seminar program has left a good impression, bringing a lot of valuable experience and knowledge to the army's youth union cadres and the officers and students of the Political Officer School. Through the seminar, it once again affirmed the sense of responsibility, determination and constant creativity of the youth of the army, especially in applying digital transformation, mastering modern weapons and equipment, building a strong Youth Union organization, taking the lead on all fronts of work, ready to receive and excellently complete assigned tasks.
