At the launching ceremony of “Digital Literacy for All” and in response to the “National Digital Transformation Day” in 2025 on October 21, Vice Chairman of Tan Uyen Ward People’s Committee Le Duy Hau requested that Community Digital Technology Teams promote their core role. Proactively “go to every alley, knock on every door, guide every person”, helping people access and practice basic digital skills.
Officials, civil servants and public employees must be exemplary in applying digital technology in work and life, becoming "spreading nuclei" in the community.
People and businesses in the ward should boldly learn, boldly do, and join hands to implement the motto "Each person is a digital citizen - Each household is a small digital transformation unit".
At the ceremony, Tan Uyen ward launched the construction of "Digital Transformation Neighborhood" and "Digital Transformation Boarding House". These are two pioneering and breakthrough models in the locality, contributing to the implementation of the policy of building digital government, digital economy , digital society, building a smarter, safer, more convenient living environment, improving the quality of life for people.
By 2026, the ward aims to have at least 10 neighborhoods meeting digital transformation neighborhood standards; at least 5 boarding houses meeting digital transformation boarding house standards.
On this occasion, Tan Uyen ward also launched 6 digital transformation teams and groups for digital literacy.
