On the morning of September 25, in Ba Ria ward, Mr. Tran Luu Quang, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, and the City's National Assembly Delegation had a meeting with voters of Tam Long, Ba Ria and Long Huong wards before the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly.
At the meeting with voters, the City National Assembly Delegation informed voters of 3 wards about the expected content of the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly.
During this session, the National Assembly is expected to consider and pass 42 laws and three resolutions; consider and decide on socio- economic issues, the state budget and other important issues.
Representatives of the Ho Chi Minh City National Assembly Delegation also informed about the socio-economic situation of the City in the first 8 months; the socio-economic situation of the whole country and the City in the first 9 months of 2025; and reported on the results of responses to voters' opinions and recommendations of central agencies and Ho Chi Minh City.
After listening to the report, the majority of voters expressed their joy at the socio-economic achievements of the City as well as the whole country since the beginning of the year.
Voters also raised many opinions and recommendations, specifically that the infrastructure and traffic roads in some wards of Ba Ria city have not been repaired, greatly affecting people's lives, specifically Ngo Duc Ke street, Ba Ria ward, when it rains, the water is flooded, water flows into many houses, people have reported many times but have not been resolved; many households living on route 40, Tam Long ward still do not have access to clean water.
In addition, voters also made recommendations that the former Administrative-Political Center of Ba Ria-Vung Tau, which has been used for 13 years but is still very new, spacious, modern and clean, would be a waste if left unused.
Voters recommended that management levels should make reasonable arrangements to avoid wasting this facility. Along with that, many voters' opinions suggested related to land issues such as land compensation prices, problems in land use planning, site clearance compensation, resettlement; resolving severance regime for workers...

At the meeting, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Tran Luu Quang acknowledged the opinions and recommendations of voters and said that the opinions will be fully compiled by the City's National Assembly Delegation and conveyed to the correct necessary address.
According to the Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, after the merger, the new City has huge potential and room for development. Therefore, the biggest task of the City's leaders is to fully exploit the existing potential and great advantages, bringing the City to a new level of development.
The Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee emphasized that the responsibility of the current City leaders is to decisively handle the backlog and apply new, open mechanisms to resolve the rights and interests of the people.
Regarding voters' recommendations on granting land use right certificates, compensation for site clearance, resettlement, complaints and denunciations, policies and regimes, and infrastructure construction, the City Party Secretary requested: "Localities must grasp the issues firmly, and do everything the State assigns authority to. If there are any difficulties or problems that cannot be resolved, they must be promptly submitted to the City's functional agencies to resolve them for the people"./.
