On the morning of October 21, comrade Dinh Quang Tuyen, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Fatherland Front Committee of Thai Nguyen province, attended the gift-giving program to support people affected by storm No. 11 in Phu Binh commune.

The delegation gave cash support to a family that suffered heavy damage due to floods in Dong Ang hamlet, Phu Binh commune.
