Handing over the border lighting project in Tung Vai border commune

On the morning of September 10, units including Tung Vai Border Guard Station, Quan Ba ​​Regional Electricity Management Team, and Tung Vai Commune coordinated to carry out the project of lighting up the border at border marker 291/2 in Vang Cha Phin village, Tung Vai Commune.

The border lighting project was carried out at the 291/2 marker area with a length of over 800m, with 23 poles and solar bulbs, the total value of the project is nearly 80 million VND. In which, the equipment including poles and bulbs was supported by the Northern Power Corporation, labor days and sand and gravel materials for the project were socialized from officers and soldiers of Tung Vai Border Guard Station and the Fatherland Front Committee and associations and organizations in the commune. The atmosphere of the project implementation was lively and positive, thereby demonstrating the spirit of solidarity and attachment between the army and the people at the Fatherland's fence.

The project of lighting the border at the 291/2 marker area has practical significance, facilitating people's travel. In particular, it effectively supports the work of patrolling, managing and protecting the border and markers of the border guards.
