Photo exhibition "Continuing heroic history" - a prominent "check-in" spot on September 2nd

From August 27 to 31, Hanoi Moi Newspaper organized a photo exhibition with the theme "Celebrating the 80th Anniversary of August Revolution and National Day September 2 - Continuing the heroic history", at the Newspaper's Headquarters (44 Le Thai To, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi), turning this place into an impressive "check-in" location for people, tourists and especially young people to feel, take pictures and spread national pride.

This is a meaningful activity of Hanoi Moi Newspaper - the agency of the Hanoi Party Committee, the voice of the Party Committee, government and people of the Capital, on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (1945-2025) and National Day September 2.

The exhibition “Celebrating the 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 - Continuing the heroic history” includes 80 typical photos, including 40 precious documentary photos recreating the heroic atmosphere of the historic August days, when the Party Committee, government and people of the Capital together with the whole country rose up to seize power, leading to the independence day September 2, 1945.

Along with that are 40 contemporary photos depicting a Hanoi today - dynamic, creative, innovative and integrated, with street corners, craft villages, new urban areas, vivid evidence of the unceasing development of the thousand-year-old capital.

Many photos show the glorious achievements that the Party Committee, government and people of the Capital have achieved through their efforts to overcome all difficulties and challenges to continue writing heroic history pages, worthy of the trust and love of domestic and international friends.

The exhibition aims to widely propagate and educate about the stature and significance of the August Revolution and the birth of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam - now the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

This is also an opportunity to review the tradition of ardent patriotism, the spirit of great national unity, the aspiration for peace , independence and freedom; to express deep gratitude to generations of fathers and brothers who sacrificed their blood for national independence and the happiness of the people; at the same time, to contribute to arousing and fostering the people's trust and pride in the Party, the State and the cause of national renewal, bringing the country into a new era - an era of stable development and prosperity of the Vietnamese people.

Through the photo exhibition “Celebrating the 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2nd - Continuing the heroic history”, Hanoi Moi Newspaper also opens up a space for the public, especially the young generation, to have authentic and profound experiences about the nation's history at the famous and beloved location next to Hoan Kiem Lake.
