University of Electricity opens the 2025-2026 school year

The opening ceremony of the 2025-2026 school year is associated with the 80th anniversary of the establishment of the Ministry of National Education (now the Ministry of Education and Training ), creating a spread of the glorious historical tradition of the education sector, the spirit of innovation and creativity, towards an effective and quality school year. At the same time, the University of Electricity announced the Decision to grant the Certificate of Education Quality Accreditation for 7 training programs.

The opening ceremony of the 2025-2026 school year is an occasion for all staff, lecturers and students to start a new school year together with the determination to innovate teaching methods, improve the quality of learning, scientific research and affirm the position of the school in the Vietnamese higher education system.

At the opening ceremony, Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Dinh Ngo, Chairman of the Board of the University of Electricity, said that in the past school year, the school has made continuous efforts to improve the quality of training, innovate teaching methods and create a modern and open learning environment. One of the proud milestones is that the school has completed and developed a system of 32 training majors spanning many fields: from engineering - technology, energy - environment, data science - artificial intelligence, economics, management, logistics, tourism and languages.

This diversity gives students the opportunity to choose from a wide range of options, both catering to traditional professions and embracing new areas of the digital age. Each of the School's majors is designed based on the philosophy of "Comprehensive Education - Solid Foundation - Sustainable Future".

Students of the School not only learn solid professional knowledge, but are also encouraged to practice skills, nurture creative thinking, broaden international vision and build a sense of responsibility to the community. The School hopes that after graduation, they will become confident, capable young people, ready to create value for society and the country.

Within the framework of the Opening Ceremony, the University of Electricity organized a number of programs: Awarding certificates of merit to the top students of the school in 2025; Launching the emulation movement for the 2025 - 2026 school year; Awarding EPU scholarships; Awarding scholarships sponsored by BIDV Investment and Development Bank, Cau Giay branch; Giving flowers to BIDV Investment and Development Bank, Cau Giay branch; Awarding certificates of merit to students who won prizes in the 12th National Chemistry Olympiad for students in 2025; Awarding certificates of merit to students who won prizes in the Math Olympiad for students and pupils in 2025.

Along with that, the University of Electricity was honored to receive the Certificate of Educational Quality Accreditation for 7 training programs.
