Hope School was built inFPT City Urban Area Da Nang (Da Nang City) to nurture and train students who lost their parents due to the Covid-19 pandemic, with the desire to share, love, and help children grow up in the context of thousands of children unfortunately losing their parents due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee Nguyen Van Quang visited children at Hy Vong School at the beginning of the year.

With the support of units and organizations, over the past time, Hy Vong School has researched cases that need support and completed procedures to receive and care for the first students at the Da Nang facility.

It is expected that in the first school year, the school will receive 300 students and will continue to receive 1,000 students according to the plan. Preparations for facilities, personnel, training programs, and care and nurturing are ready to meet all the needs of the students in their living and studying.

The first students of Hope School

FPT Chairman Truong Gia Binh sent a message to the children on the first day of school: "Hope School is a school of love. That is the love of the teachers; the love of the students in the school - those in the same situation as you; of the people in the Hope Fund, the people in the FPT family and the kind hearts in the community."

Master Hoang Quoc Quyen, Director of the Hope School project, shared: "The Hope School is not only a good environment for children to study and practice, but also a common home of love, sharing and respect. And beyond the numbers, it is the empathy, love and enthusiasm of the teachers, who will become "mothers" and "fathers", always accompanying and supporting the children on the path to adulthood."

Previously, on September 16, 2021, FPT Chairman Truong Gia Binh initiated the idea of ​​building a school for children who lost their parents due to Covid-19 with the desire to create an environment for them to be cared for, loved, studied and trained, turning pain into strength, thereby growing up and contributing to building the country in the future.
