Searching for foreigners weaving and swerving on Nha Trang coastal road

On the morning of August 21, the Traffic Police Department of Khanh Hoa Province Police said they were verifying and clarifying a clip recording the image of a foreigner driving a motorbike swerving and weaving on Tran Phu Street (Nha Trang Ward).

Previously, a clip appeared on social media showing this man repeatedly cutting in front of cars and motorbikes in traffic, causing danger and angering public opinion. Many opinions said that this was an act of disregard for the law and the lives and health of others.

According to initial information, the man in the clip is named Mikhail, Russian nationality. The police are continuing to verify and handle the case according to regulations.
