With the desire to improve the experience for cardholders, VPBank officially launched the Credit Card Balance Change Notification feature on the VPBank NEO application. This feature helps cardholders manage their spending conveniently, continuously, and especially enhances security and helps save more than tracking via text messages (SMS). From September 1, 2024, VPBank cardholders can access VPBank NEO to register to use this new feature. This service is provided free of charge by VPBank to cardholders. Let's take a look at the outstanding advantages of the balance change tracking feature on VPBank NEO:
Immediately after confirming the change of form, the Credit Card Balance Change Notifications will be immediately sent via VPBank NEO and the registration to receive Balance Change Notifications via SMS will be canceled. Cardholders can check all card balance changes at VPBank NEO >> “Notifications” >> “Card” section. If the cardholder still wants to receive Card Balance Change Notifications via SMS, the SMS banking fee for credit cards is updated at 6,500 VND/month/1 credit card (excluding VAT). This fee schedule is effective from September 1, 2024 (until further notice from VPBank) and does not apply to Diamond World/World Lady cards.
