Tua Chua cares about developing party members

The Party Committee of Xa Nhe commune is a bright spot of Tua Chua district in the work of developing party members. To raise awareness, role and responsibility of Party committees and organizations at all levels in the work of creating sources for developing party members, the Party Committee of the commune has focused on disseminating the directives and resolutions of the Central, Provincial and District Party Committees on the work of developing party members to Party committees, Party organizations and Party members. To carry out the assigned targets every year, the Party Committee of the commune proactively reviews the sources of the masses in the villages and hamlets. From there, it builds a plan to develop party members for each Party cell. Along with that, the Party Committee of the commune directs political organizations to promote emulation movements at the grassroots level, in order to create a favorable environment for members, union members and the masses to practice and express themselves. Through activities and movements, political organizations will select outstanding members, union members and the masses to introduce to the Party cell.

Secretary of the Party Committee of Xa Nhe Commune Doan Van Ngoc said: The Party Committee of the Commune assigns Party Committee members to take charge of, attend Party cell meetings in villages and hamlets, and directly assist the Party Committee of the Party cell in leading and directing the implementation of political tasks, especially the development of new Party members. At the same time, the Party cells assign tasks to each Party member to monitor and help outstanding masses and, when qualified, complete the procedures to request consideration for admission to the Party.

Thanks to the close guidance and appropriate approach, since the beginning of the year, the Commune Party Committee has admitted 22 new Party members, reaching 95.6% of the assigned target. With the mass source carefully prepared in both quantity and quality, it is expected that in 2023, the Commune Party Committee will complete the target of admitting new Party members assigned by the District Party Committee.

In Tua Thang commune, most of the working-age youth work far away, leading to many difficulties in creating sources for Party membership. From this situation, the Commune Party Committee has built a plan to develop new Party members each year, assigning detailed targets to each village and hamlet. The Party Committee assigns Party members to hold positions directly in charge of village Party cells, paying attention to creating sources, encouraging and helping outstanding people so that they have the right awareness and creating conditions for training and Party membership. Tua Thang Commune Party Committee Secretary Hang A Su said: The Commune Party Committee has focused on leading the strict implementation of the Working Regulations on the principle of democratic centralism; continuing to consolidate, improve the quality of activities of Party cells and Party members and doing a good job of Party development. Since the beginning of 2023, the Commune Party Committee has admitted 4 new Party members, made a list of 18 outstanding people to attend the Party awareness class and sent 20 probationary Party members to attend the new Party member class, and officially transferred the Party to 14 Party members. Not only has the quantity increased, but the quality of newly admitted Party members has also changed positively, being exemplary in economic development, actively mobilizing and helping people to follow suit.

Tua Chua District Party Committee currently has 48 grassroots party organizations with 3,829 party members. In 2023, Tua Chua District was assigned the target of admitting 240 new party members. To complete the set goals, as well as create a clear change in the work of developing party members in each party organization, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee has focused on leading and directing party committees and party organizations to continue to seriously implement the directives and resolutions of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee on building grassroots party organizations and developing party members. At the same time, attaching the roles and responsibilities of party committees and party organizations to the task of developing party members, especially the role of the head of the party committee. In particular, party committees and party organizations focus on solving difficulties in finding sources and creating sources to train elite masses for admission to the Party. In particular, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee has assigned comrades in the Standing Committee and comrades in the District Party Committee directly in charge of the commune area to work with party committees at all levels to take care of developing new party members.

With drastic direction, in the first 6 months of 2023, Tua Chua District Party Committee admitted 64 new party members. The new party members have promptly supplemented youth, increased fighting strength, and ensured the succession and development of local party organizations.
