The working group of the Safety and Security Subcommittee led by Colonel Ngo Cu Vinh - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, Head of the Subcommittee, conducted a field survey, thereby developing and issuing a plan to ensure security and order, traffic safety, fire prevention and rescue on shore related to the race and events within the framework of the Week.

The logistics (travel, food, accommodation...) for racing teams and guests... participating in the Amazing Binh Dinh Fest 2024 Week are also carefully prepared by the organizing committee. Mr. Ho Thanh Trinh, Deputy General Director of Binh Dinh F1 Joint Stock Company, shared that the organizing committee has arranged 4 main hotels for the athletes and guests, including: Fleur De Lys Quy Nhon Hotel, Ocean Villas Quy Nhon, Maia resort Quy Nhon and Saigon - Quy Nhon Hotel. Currently, the conditions for facilities, human resources, improving service quality; ensuring environmental hygiene, food hygiene and safety, security and safety for tourists have been prepared by the hotel owners.
