In the period of 2022-2025, despite many difficulties, the activities of the Youth Union and youth movement of the Port Dispatch Center have closely followed the emulation movement "Saigon Tan Cang Youth are proactive, creative; united, make achievements; excellently complete production and business tasks"; "Promoting initiatives, solutions, and ideas to apply achievements of the 4.0 industrial revolution", with the goal: "Get people, get work, get organized".

A typical example is the model of “Youth Ship Liberation Operation” which operates effectively with at least 4 ships liberated each week. Among the liberated youth ships, the most prominent are the Maersk Jaipur, Cscl Lima, St Ever with an average productivity according to Portstay of 111 containers/hour, an increase of 1.2 containers/hour compared to the previous term, contributing to improving the overall ship liberation productivity of the entire Tan Cang Cai Lai port.
Along with production and business activities, the Youth Union of the Port Dispatch Center actively participated in volunteer activities, awarded 150 scholarships and gifts to excellent students in difficult circumstances in the Southwestern provinces, presented 150 gifts to orphans due to the Covid-19 epidemic, contributed 115 units of blood to the national blood bank, presented 30 health insurance cards and more than 500 free meals at Le Van Thinh Hospital.
During the term, the Youth Union introduced and developed 7 outstanding members to join the Party, 16 outstanding members participated in master's training in the Netherlands and short-term professional training in other countries.

In the 2025-2030 term, the Youth Union of the Port Dispatch Center strives to excellently complete its tasks, focusing on making breakthroughs in improving port exploitation expertise, production management skills, and implementing a good behavioral culture to contribute to improving service quality at Tan Cang Cai Lai Port; establishing, maintaining, and replicating models and emulation movements to contribute to building a professional and effective Port Dispatch Center; pioneering in applying technology and digitally transforming enterprises.
With the spirit of "Solidarity - Innovation - Agility - Creativity", the congress focused on discussing many good ideas, new and creative ways of doing things, contributing to building a strong Youth Union organization, contributing to building the Port Control Center to become the leading flag in the Emulation Movement to Win of Army Corps 20 - Saigon Newport Corporation.
