Commending typical advanced models in Dong Nai health sector

Attending were Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Dung, leaders of departments and branches, and 150 delegates representing medical units in the province.

The conference aims to honor outstanding collectives and individuals who have achieved many outstanding achievements in the cause of protecting, caring for and improving people's health in the whole province. At the same time, summarize and evaluate the results of the patriotic emulation movement and the commendation work of the Dong Nai health sector in the period of 2020-2025; propose directions, tasks and solutions to improve the quality of emulation movements and commendation work in the period of 2025-2030.

At the conference, 31 typical advanced collectives and 29 individuals of public health facilities in the province were commended and rewarded.

On this occasion, Specialist II Doctor Do Thi Nguyen, Director of Dong Nai Department of Health, also launched a patriotic emulation movement in the entire health sector with the theme: "Promoting the tradition of solidarity - innovation - creativity - emulation to excellently complete the task of protecting, caring for and improving people's health in the period 2025-2030".

Accordingly, the emulation movement focuses on performing professional tasks well, administrative reform, innovating the style and attitude of serving patients, taking patients as the center. Promoting digital transformation in healthcare, improving the quality of medical examination and treatment, ensuring fairness in healthcare, reducing hospital overload, consolidating and improving the quality of primary healthcare and preventive medicine.

The Director of Dong Nai Department of Health called on all health sector staff to continue promoting the spirit of solidarity, innovation, creativity, and continuous training to build a team of medical staff with good expertise, strong medical ethics, and dedication to the profession, serving the people with the highest standards and responsibility.
