On August 5, in Hanoi, the Ministry of Public Security coordinated with the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union to organize the closing ceremony and award ceremony of the contest "Learning about the 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security Traditional Day (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025), 20 years of the National Day for National Security Protection (August 19, 2005 - August 19, 2025)".

The contest to learn about the 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security tradition day and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection attracted more than 1.5 million written entries and nearly 100,000 people participated in the online multiple choice test.

As a result, the Organizing Committee awarded 80 prizes for the writing competition, including: 10 A prizes, 15 B prizes, 20 C prizes and 35 Encouragement prizes. At the same time, selected typical works to display at the exhibition celebrating the 80th anniversary of the tradition of the People's Public Security force.
