Vietnam U16 women's team met Wales U16 women's team in the final match of the international U16 women's football friendly tournament organized by UEFA in Türkiye. Previously, coach Akira Ijiri and his team won Botswana U16 women's team 5-0, lost to the US U16 women's team 0-8 and lost to Türkiye U16 women's team 1-3.
