The Provincial People's Committee held a meeting to review the results of handling voters' petitions.

On March 24, Comrade Vu Van Dien, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, chaired a meeting to report on the situation and results of handling voters' petitions sent to the regular meeting at the end of 2024 and petitions that were not completely resolved in previous meetings of the Provincial People's Council.

According to the report at the meeting, there were a total of 41 petitions of voters stated in Resolution No. 25/NQ-HĐND dated December 6, 2024 of the Provincial People's Council on the results of monitoring the implementation of Resolution No. 223/NQ-HĐND dated July 10, 2024 of the Provincial People's Council and the results of handling petitions of voters sent to the 19th Session of the XIV Provincial People's Council and Report No. 215/BC-HĐND dated December 12, 2024 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council summarizing petitions of voters sent to the 23rd Session of the XIV Provincial People's Council (regular session at the end of 2024). Up to now, 5 petitions have been resolved, 11 petitions are being resolved, 25 petitions have been informed and explained to voters.

The conference reviewed each unsolved petition, clarified the responsibilities of each agency and unit, and proposed solutions to overcome existing limitations to speed up the resolution process according to a specific timeline. Comrade Vu Van Dien requested relevant sectors and localities to develop plans and propose methods to resolve petitions on the basis of ensuring compliance with legal regulations. In the first week of April 2025, departments, branches, and localities must report on voters' petitions up to the end of the first quarter of 2025; before June 10, 2025, report on definitive responses to all voters' petitions.
