The conference focused on discussing and finding solutions to connect supply chains, expand product categories and build brands, thereby creating a foundation for a sustainable development roadmap for online exports in Vietnam.

Globally, products from third-party sellers, including Vietnam, account for 60% of total products sold on Amazon. Vietnam has emerged as a new manufacturing hub with the capacity to produce and supply a wide range of products.

By 2023, Vietnamese businesses will sell more than 17 million products on Amazon, bringing customers around the world unique Made in Vietnam products, from handicrafts, home decor, furniture, organic cashews to a variety of sustainable products.

At the event, Amazon also introduced a series of new and improved tools and programs to help businesses accelerate exports through e-commerce. Including: preferential Fee Waiver account maintenance fee program, customized promotions according to the brand Brand Tailored Promotions and upgraded SEND shipping program... thereby accompanying and supporting businesses throughout each stage of selling on Amazon.

It is known that Amazon is committed to increasing its presence in Vietnam, officially opening the Amazon Day-1 Vietnam Training Center and a new office in Ho Chi Minh City.

This is Amazon's first on-site training and connection center in Vietnam with a capacity of 100 people, along with a studio to produce and broadcast online training content and webinars to equip and meet the growing demand for learning about cross-border e-commerce in the country.
