Vietnam among the world's most affordable honeymoon destinations

The famous travel magazine Travel + Leisure recently published an article suggesting to couples a series of the most affordable honeymoon destinations in the world , including Vietnam.

The American magazine ranked Vietnam 4th on the list, and suggested that tourists should not miss the opportunity to see the scenery in Muong Hoa valley or on Fansipan mountain when coming to Sa Pa, which is considered an ideal place for honeymoon.

Article by Travel + Leisure also emphasizes that for couples looking for a trip filled with cuisine and culture, Hanoi is definitely not to be missed. Coming to the capital of Vietnam, any foreign tourist can easily enjoy a hot bowl of pho and delicious banh mi.

Mexico tops the list. The North American country attracts couples with its world-class beaches, Mayan and Aztec ruins, and delicious food and cocktails. Many resorts across Mexico, especially those on the coast, offer affordable honeymoon packages, Travel + Leisure said.

Other destinations on the list include Bermuda, Belize, Florida's Key Largo, California's Napa and Sonoma Valleys, Hawaii's Honolulu (USA), Costa Rica, Portugal and Canada.

According to Travel + Leisure , a study by The Knot revealed that there are many honeymoon destinations that are both luxurious and affordable. Among them, Vietnam was named the “Best Destination for Foodies”, while Mexico won the title of “Best Travel Destination”.
