From June 1, 2024, VinFast will apply a special customer care policy exclusively for the highest-end car line in the product range - VF 9. Accordingly, from June 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025, all VF 9 car owners will enjoy the privilege of switching to a new car at an extremely attractive cost. Customers only have to pay an additional 15% of the new car price for 18-month used cars, and 20% of the new car price for 24-month used cars to exchange for a completely new VF 9 car. If changing from a battery-rental car to a car with a battery, from a low version to a high version or adding equipment or optional features (options), customers will pay the difference according to the actual value at the time of exchange. The registration period for the new VF 9 car exchange program is from June 1, 2024 to August 31, 2024. In addition, from June 1, 2024 to December 31, 2027, all customers who buy a VF 9 car will be committed by VinFast to buy back the car after 24 months of use at a price equivalent to 78% of the original price, after 36 months of use at a price equal to 70% of the original price. If requested by the customer, VinFast will support free vehicle delivery during business hours at the customer's designated location, within a maximum radius of 30 km from the nearest service workshop.
