Under the cooperation agreement, AAA will provide professional rescue services including emergency towing, transporting vehicles to charging stations when the battery is dead, jump-starting 12V batteries, changing flat tires and supporting vehicle unlocking when locked from the inside. The services will be deployed by a team of well-trained technicians, strictly following VinFast 's technical standards and local laws. AAA commits to a quick response time, with an average of less than 45 seconds for the call center and 60 to 90 minutes to reach the scene, depending on the country and traffic conditions.
VinFast will support AAA in providing customer data, technical training for staff, and deploying a dedicated call center system in each country to ensure timely and effective support. AAA is committed to maintaining a quick response time and a customer satisfaction (CSAT) of at least 90%.
In particular, the roadside emergency assistance program will be applied for a period of 10 years from the date of vehicle purchase, and can be transferred within the country where the vehicle is purchased, giving customers more flexibility in the process of using and transferring the vehicle.
