Honoring outstanding solutions and individuals contributing to Artificial Intelligence

On the afternoon of September 26, the Vietnam Artificial Intelligence Awards 2025 took place in Hanoi . The event is part of the Vietnam Artificial Intelligence Festival.

Held annually since 2022, over three seasons, the program has honored many AI solutions applied in education , healthcare, public services and commerce.

This year, the program expanded its scale to four categories: Vietnamese AI Solutions, Outstanding AI Devices, Vietnamese AI Talents and Outstanding AI Enterprises.

This year’s award continues to affirm the spirit of vibrant, serious and creative scientific research in the community and businesses. Notably, the number of nominations in the categories has doubled compared to 2024, reflecting the strong development picture of AI in Vietnam.

The first category to be honored in the program is Outstanding AI Device. The Outstanding AI Device category is divided into four groups: Outstanding AI Camera; Outstanding AI TV; Outstanding AI Laptop.

The Outstanding AI Camera Award was given to the product: Ezviz S10 2K+

Outstanding AI TV awarded to product: LG OLED evo AI G5.

Outstanding AI Laptop Awarded to Product: Gigabyte Aero X16.

Excellent AI Phone: Oppo Find N5

Surpassing big competitors from Samsung and Apple in the final round, Oppo Find N5 won the award for Outstanding AI Phone of the Year 2025.

AI Awards 2025 also has a new category called Vietnamese AI Talent, to honor outstanding individuals with outstanding contributions in the field of artificial intelligence - talented engineers who are bringing AI technology closer to life every day.

In the new category of Vietnamese AI Talent, the Organizing Committee has selected the top 5 outstanding faces including: Mr. Dao Tuan Trung - Senior Engineer of Machine Learning, Qualcomm AI Research Department; Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hiep - Director of Technology Filum.ai; Ms. Nguyen Khanh Linh - Head of AI Department, Obello and Google Developer Expert on Generative AI; Mr. Bui Duy Quoc Nghi - Director of AI Generative Center, FPT Smart Cloud; Mr. Le Yen Thanh - Founder and General Director of Go Labs Technology JSC.

Outstanding AI Solution is a category to honor outstanding artificial intelligence (AI) solutions and devices that have been completed and deployed in practice, contributing to bringing benefits and changing lives, while encouraging the development and application of AI in many areas of life.

Instead of one, the organizing committee awarded prizes to three projects including: FPT AI Agents (FPT Smart Cloud Limited Liability Company); AI credit scoring application solution (MoMo Financial Technology Group); VNG Cloud AI Stack (VNG Cloud Company). All three projects were highly appreciated by the jury in the hottest fields of artificial intelligence today such as finance, virtual assistants, and cloud computing services.

This year's Outstanding AI Education Unit was awarded to British University Vietnam.

Promising AI Enterprise is an award to honor young, potential businesses that are asserting their position through creativity and breakthroughs in research and application of artificial intelligence. This is also an expectation for those who will contribute to shaping the future of the AI industry in Vietnam and reaching out internationally. This year, the award belongs to two companies: Phenikaa-X Joint Stock Company and Filum One Member Limited Liability Company.

Outstanding AI Enterprise is an award category that honors enterprises that have made outstanding contributions, effectively applied artificial intelligence, created practical values for the community and affirmed their position in the market. This year, the enterprises named in this category include: MoMo Financial Technology Group; GreenNode Joint Stock Company; FPT Smart Cloud Limited Liability Company.

"The level of technology that this year's candidates brought to the competition is very even, showing that our technological accessibility is very good compared to the world level," said Mr. Phung Viet Thang - Country Director of Intel Vietnam, representative of the Jury Council, commenting on hundreds of applications for the AI Awards 2025.

According to Mr. Thang, many products are presented very well right from the initial thinking, closely linked to the very practical requirements of life. The problems that delve into the daily needs of businesses are very practical, financial management, finance./.
