In 2022, more than 4,047 employees working at VNG were invited to participate in GPTW's survey with a response rate of 73%. All survey indicators received positive reviews of over 86%, of which 97% of employees said that VNG is a trustworthy workplace and 94% felt proud to tell others about the company they work for. More importantly, 96% of employees rated "All employees are given equal opportunities and treatment" and 95% confirmed that VNG provides the best working conditions.

"Every employee deserves to experience the best working environment" - VNG CEO Le Hong Minh emphasized in an email sent to all VNG employees at the end of 2022. This is also a commitment set by the company itself, aiming to achieve the goal of not only creating products that meet international standards and stature, but also possessing an international standard working environment and culture.

In the context of the economy in general and the technology market in particular facing many fluctuations after the Covid-19 pandemic, besides efforts to optimize business operations, VNG continues to invest in human development activities.

Every quarter, VNG Connect is held both in person and online, where VNG's leadership updates the business situation of each block as well as listens to and answers questions from all employees.
