On October 2, the Department of Education and Training of Tam Ky City ( Quang Nam ) announced that Nguyen Du Secondary School (Tam Ky City) had just disciplined 3 students involved in a fight, which led to a male parent storming into the classroom to assault an 8th grade student.

Previously, on the afternoon of September 24, at this school, Mr. HVL, parent of student B. (class 8/11), arbitrarily entered the classroom to beat a student. The reason was that on the same morning, at the school's soccer tournament, there was a match between class 8/9 and 8/11, with the result that class 8/11 won.

Early in the afternoon, student B. of class 8/11 teased and provoked students T. and H. (class 8/9), so the two students chased and beat B., causing his left eye to swell.

When entering the classroom, the teacher saw that B.'s eyes were swollen, so he told her to ask her parents to take her to the hospital for a checkup. After that, B. asked permission to go to the security guard to borrow the phone to call her parents, Mr. L., to come and take her to the hospital for a checkup.

In the afternoon of the same day, the male parent took his child back to school, but because he was upset because his child was beaten, Mr. L. rushed into the classroom and "punished" two 8th/9th grade students, T. and H.

After the incident, Nguyen Du Secondary School established a disciplinary council and held a meeting with relevant parties to hear reports on the incident and analyze student behavior.

Based on the recommendation of the disciplinary council, the principal of Nguyen Du Secondary School issued a disciplinary decision against 3 students who violated the rules. Specifically, T. and H. (grade 8/9) who chased and beat their friend were reprimanded and their parents were informed to coordinate in helping the students overcome their shortcomings. B. (grade 8/11) who intentionally teased his friend, indirectly causing the incident, was reminded, supported, and directly helped to overcome his shortcomings.

Regarding this incident, Tan Thanh Ward Police also worked with Mr. HVL (the parent who entered the school without permission to beat the student) and is consolidating the file, advising Tam Ky City Police to issue a decision to handle it.
