On September 11, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Hon Dat commune (An Giang province) Luong Dac Hoa presented Party badges at the private homes of senior Party members.

Specifically, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Hon Dat Commune, Luong Dac Hoa, awarded the 55-year Party membership badge to 1 Party member; the 40-year Party membership badge to 1 Party member; and the 30-year Party membership badge to 1 Party member.
